HEB Construction is seeking experienced Paving Plant Operators to join our Asphalt Surfacing team across Canterbury and Marlborough. You will own and operate paving plant, contribute to crew performance, and deliver high-quality asphalt finishes. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in asphalt paving, hands-on experience with paver, screed/levels and rolling, and a strong safety mindset.
