Our paid 12‑week summer Internship Programme gives you real exposure to technical and advisory work, structured development, and direct access to experts across our business. You'll contribute to real projects while gaining practical experience in a leading engineering consultancy. What You’ll Do Your summer could look like this: Work on real projects and solve technical challenges. Gain exposure to projects in either our Land & Water team or our Transport team. Depending on your placement, this could include: Water infrastructure, stormwater and flood resilience Roads, highways, public transport, walking and cycling networks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Asia Pacific, build your network through Limelight, our early careers community, learn from experienced industry leaders and technical experts, and explore pathways into our Graduate Programme. How We Support Your Growth Our Internship Programme is designed to build your technical capability, grow your consulting confidence, and provide insight into different career pathways. Supported by your team leader, a buddy and a dedicated early‑careers team, you’ll take part in our Intern Learning Series and Leadership Series, helping you develop professional skills, expand your network and understand how complex work is delivered across teams and disciplines. What You’ll Bring Currently studying Civil Engineering or a related discipline and ideally in your second‑to‑last year of study. A genuine interest in either Land & Water or Transport and the role of water infrastructure or roads and transport networks in supporting sustainable communities. Availability for 12 weeks full‑time work from mid‑November 2026 to February 2027 (with a two‑week break over Christmas and NewYear).
