NPI Manufacturing Engineer

Proclinical is working alongside a Medical Device organisation who have an exciting opportunity open for someone to lead the transition of an innovative medical device from prototype to commercial manufacturing. You will own the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, working cross-functionally to establish scalable, compliant production systems for a next-generation healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end NPI from engineering release to production build Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and inspection plans Define production flow, layouts, and material handling Support ISO 13485-aligned quality systems and audit readiness Manage non-conformances, CAPAs, and manufacturing documentation Develop scale-up strategy, cost models, and production readiness plans About You Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or similar) Proven working years in NPI / manufacturing / production engineering Proven experience taking products from prototype to production Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA, process development, and supplier management Familiar with ISO 13485 and manufacturing quality systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
