Registered Nurse Paediatric Cardiology Starship Child Health, Starship – New Zealand’s premier children’s hospital. Permanent, part‑time (0.8 FTE) position available. About the role We are seeking a permanent, part‑time (0.8 FTE) Registered Nurse who has an interest in Paediatric Cardiology and will meet the needs of our patients and their families/whānau using contemporary nursing care that is safe, appropriate and effective. About the Service The Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service team are the sole provider of cardiology and cardiac surgical services for infants and children with congenital and acquired heart disease in New Zealand and parts of the Pacific Basin. It provides cardiac care across the life spectrum, from fetal cardiology to care of adults born with congenital heart disease (ACHD). About you Have or be eligible for registration with NZ Nursing Council. Have Paediatric Cardiac Nursing experience. Have a strong commitment to quality care. Be capable of working within a multidisciplinary team. Have well‑developed communication, critical thinking skills and a commitment to family‑centred care.
