Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Employment Type Full-time Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Develop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completion Manage the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‑saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project safety and environmental requirements Manage project timelines, risks and reporting Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep the budget on track Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery Contract execution: draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal-approved contract templates and work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Qualifications Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction A minimum of 5‑10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from inception through design, authority approvals, construction completion and post‑project review Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client Equal Opportunity Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
