Cleaner – Thompson's Horticulture (THL) Gisborne | Part-time | March 2026 About the role We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Cleaner to keep our team accommodation and office spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll be responsible for maintaining our RSE worker housing and THL offices to a high standard — making a real difference to the people who live and work here. What you'll be doing Cleaning and maintaining communal RSE accommodation, including kitchens, dining areas, lounges, bathrooms, and laundry facilities Carrying out office cleans including floors, surfaces, amenities, and shared areas Performing house exit cleans and turnovers, including laundry Managing rubbish and recycling, and restocking cleaning supplies Reporting maintenance issues and following health & safety procedures The role involves physical activity including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods What we're looking for Some experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role Good attention to detail and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic Comfortable working around people from diverse cultural backgrounds with respect and discretion Why work with us?
