Your focus will include: Administering and interpreting complex contractual agreements to ensure commercial obligations and entitlements are effectively managed. Managing payment claim processes, supporting assessments and coordinating associated documentation. Identifying, assessing and administering contract changes, variations and commercial claims. Preparing contractual notices, correspondence and supporting commercial documentation. Building strong relationships with project stakeholders, delivery partners and suppliers. Supporting project reporting, governance, audit and compliance activities. What you will bring to the team Extensive experience in commercial management, contract administration, claims management or a similar role within major infrastructure, construction or project environments. Strong ability to read, analyse and interpret complex contract documentation and identify commercial opportunities, risks and contractual entitlements. Demonstrated experience managing variations, claims, payment processes and contract compliance activities. Exceptional analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong written communication skills, including preparation of formal contractual correspondence and notices. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
