Job Description
Responsibilities Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process. Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience. Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies. Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously. Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and address issues when necessary. Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances. Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols. Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Exceptional Customer Service: provide excellent customer service, always friendly, approachable, and helpful. Efficient & Accurate: work quickly and accurately in fast‑paced environments, with proficient cash handling skills.
