About the Role Our Management Consulting team at PwC New Zealand partners with organisations across the public and private sectors to solve their most complex challenges and drive meaningful, lasting change. We work alongside our clients to develop and implement strategies that improve operational performance, transform business models, and unleash the potential of their people. From large‑scale transformation programmes and operating model design to workforce strategy and organisational change, our team brings together management consultants, organisational strategists, HR practitioners, and change management specialists to deliver sustained outcomes. You will be part of a team delivering outstanding service to a wide range of clients – designing and driving solutions to ensure their needs are met. You will work through ambiguity and apply critical thinking to resolve complex problems for large‑scale projects. You will take responsibility for at least one element of project delivery and lead that section – reporting into senior staff to ensure the engagement is on track. You will analyse, build and present solutions and findings – contributing significantly to creating deliverables with impact for clients. You will play a key role in building relationships both internally and externally. Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience using structured approaches to improve business processes and perform business analysis and/or design. Consulting background (preferred): Ideally, you’ve worked in a consulting or top‑tier professional services firm in a similar role.
