We have an exciting opportunity with Nurse Maude for a Registered Nurse Coordinator to step into a key leadership role within their Care Home in Christchurch. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will coordinate daily clinical operations, support your team, and ensure residents receive safe, high‑quality care. About the role You’ll play a central role in leading the shift‑to‑shift delivery of care across your unit, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and wider leadership team. Leading day‑to‑day clinical operations and care coordination Supporting and guiding nursing and care staff Managing rosters and staffing allocation Overseeing admissions, discharges, and resident flow Supporting clinical decision‑making and escalation Driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement To be successful in this role you’ll bring: A current NZ Registered Nurse Practising Certificate Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role Strong clinical judgment and coordination skills The ability to support, coach, and develop a team A practical, calm approach in a fast‑paced environment A commitment to person‑centred and culturally safe care Interested in this opportunity?
