Job Description
We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused, and proactive Regional Administration Assistant to become the friendly face of our regional office. About the role You will be responsible for supporting regional administration functions, coordinating fleet and inventory management, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, job applicants, and staff while providing valuable support to managers and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for staff at reception, applicants, clients, and visitors. Provide administrative support to regional leadership and operational teams. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, interviews, and employee documentation. Maintain accurate records in Excel and reporting for the regional vehicle fleet. Manage office supplies, uniforms, PPE, and other regional inventory requirements. Maintain accurate training records and databases. Support health and safety initiatives and reporting requirements within the region. About You Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, Excel essential.
