Job Description
Ventia's two-year Graduate Program offers four rotations across Engineering Design, on-site project experience, and Sustainability or Project Management. You’ll build technical expertise and professional capability through structured learning and real project work. Mentors and a graduate buddy support you as you gain hands-on experience on live projects.
