Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Data Architect to help improve the quality and visibility of service management data within a large enterprise environment. You will bring together data from three separate platforms, reconcile and validate it, identify inconsistencies, and produce a single, trusted view of operational performance. Working closely with ServiceNow and operational teams, you will translate complex data into meaningful insights that support decision making and service improvement. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands data, can quickly identify issues, and turn fragmented information into clear, accurate reporting. Responsibilities Analyse and consolidate data from three separate platforms. Reconcile data sets and resolve inconsistencies. Develop a clear understanding of the relationships between data sources. Work with ServiceNow data, reporting, and operational metrics. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for service improvement. Produce clear reporting, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across platforms. Work with technical and operational teams to understand data structures and business rules. Recommend improvements to data models, reporting, and governance. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Architect, or Data Engineer. Strong experience working with ServiceNow data and reporting. Experience integrating and reconciling data from multiple systems. Strong SQL, Python and data analysis skills. Experience with data modelling, data mapping, and data quality. Ability to interpret operational data and communicate findings clearly. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Able to work independently and deliver practical outcomes. Desirable Experience working in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments. Understanding of ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, ITSM modules, and reporting. Knowledge of ITIL and service management reporting.
