We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Advisor to join our team at Dilworth Hearing in our Te Atatu Clinic . This role is a full time position, working Mon to Fri from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in a client facing customer service or retail position Clear professional communication style Strong administration skills Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills A great phone manner and a warm face to face communication style. The successful candidate will have flexibility to assist with coverage in other clinics as needed. The role is varied, including front desk responsibilities, scheduling of appointments, handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales, alongside conducting basic hearing screening.
