The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product and Quality Manager to ensure quality products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, while driving availability, cost efficiencies, and time to market optimisation. Working closely with offshore suppliers, Australian counterparts, and internal stakeholders, you will lead product development coordination, maintain accurate product data, and champion quality outcomes across the supply chain. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong relationship‑building skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to bring Belron values to life through positive engagement and influence across all levels of the business. Location: NZ Support Office – 1 Carmont Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Responsibilities Ensure quality products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, while driving availability, cost efficiencies, and time to market optimisation. Lead product development coordination. Maintain accurate product data. Champion quality outcomes across the supply chain. Collaborate regularly with offshore suppliers, Australian counterparts, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, quality, or automotive glass industry. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify practical solutions. Results‑oriented self‑starter who can take ownership, manage competing priorities, and deliver successful outcomes while driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills – able to simplify and convey complex information. Strong stakeholder relationship‑building, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a customer‑first mindset. Clear understanding of SME business drivers, issues, and needs. Diploma or trade‑related qualification to level 5 equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using D365 or other ERP systems preferred. Exposure to AI and automation tools is an advantage.
