Location: Taupo, Waikato 3351, New Zealand. Pay: NZ$28–$30 per hour. Position: Full-time, Permanent, Mid-level Senior. We are looking to fill two positions. Responsibilities Run a busy food operation, including A La Carte dining and catering for functions. Work both supervised and unsupervised, contributing to a collaborative kitchen team. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen. Qualification in commercial cookery. Strong understanding of modern cooking trends. Excellent hygiene standards; knowledge of NZ Food Control Plan. Remuneration Salary range: NZ$28–$30 per hour, minimum 40 hours per week, maximum 45 hours per week.
