Associate – Property Advisory – Auckland Lead our Auckland Property Advisory team and play a key role in helping the Property & Buildings sector meet its objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on leading a small but growing team offering property advisory services, acquisition, disposal, survey, and legalisation of properties for a variety of clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils, and corporate. Collaborating with our national property advisory team of 50 professionals, your knowledge of the Public Works Act and relevant legislation will bring valuable insight. About You A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification. Preferably a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a related property or legal discipline. Knowledge of relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 would be beneficial. Ideally a minimum of 5 years leading teams for high performance and through change in a fast-paced professional services environment. Experience and confidence in dealing with clients, property owners, LINZ and a variety of property professionals, including surveyors, valuers, lawyers, and accredited agents. Client relationship experience and client centric focus. Ability to promote team culture, show emotional intelligence and coach and develop your team members.
