Job Description Due to strong project demand and continued growth in our building structures portfolio, we are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team and support a range of high-profile projects, including major airport infrastructure, transport and healthcare facilities. How you’ll make a difference Support in delivering structural analysis and design for building projects, from concept through to detailed design Provide hands‑on site support, inspections and construction‑phase engineering input Work within BIM workflows and contribute to sustainable design outcomes Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery Support project management activities including budgeting, risk management and coordination What our Graduate Program offers Graduate Introduction: Kickstart connections with peers and leaders. Qualifications Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or any related discipline. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid‑year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027. Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying.
