Applicants must be available on weekends, possess proven retail sales skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn detailed product knowledge. Qualifications Well‑presented, professional, and reliable. Proven retail sales experience with a confident, friendly, and customer‑focused approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers while representing our brand professionally. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long‑term customer loyalty. Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Eager to learn and develop new skills. A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role. Preferred Skills Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital promotions. Familiarity with Shopify, SendGrid, Canva, and related digital marketing tools. Content creation and customer engagement through digital channels. Time Commitment Weekend retail sales role, typically one to two mornings per week. Opportunities to participate in in‑office team activities on Wednesdays and Thursdays, focusing on customer service, marketing, and business development. Minimum six‑month commitment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Reimbursement of approved work‑related expenses, including transport and refreshments. Specialised training in product knowledge, customer experience, sales, and digital systems. Ongoing mentoring and support from an experienced team.
