Raglan Area School (Te Kura a Rohe o Whaingaroa) is seeking an energetic, community minded teacher to join our team for the 2027 school year. This position has been created to grow and strengthen our Outdoor Education (OE) curriculum. This is not just a teaching job; it is a chance to help shape the way our rangatahi connect with their environment. This position is an excellent opportunity for professional growth, supported by a manageable 0.6 FTTE workload and a dedicated induction programme. The role includes delivering specialised outdoor education modules for Years 7–10, while also helping to build foundational outdoor experiences for Years 5–6. We are looking for an educator whose passion for outdoor education and kaitiakitanga is matched by a practical skillset that brings meaningful, real-world learning to life.
