Maturing Contract Advisor and Financial Services

Working for a well-known automotive brand, this is a dual function role that will see you handling a large amount of variety in your day to day. This is a newly established role, where you will really be able to take ownership and make it your own. The role comprises of managing a portfolio of maturing vehicle lease contracts, as well as supporting the finance and lending team with credit risk and compliance. This role puts you right in the heart of it – vibrant city fringe spot, surrounded by cafés, shops, and all the hustle. Perfect if you like your workday with a bit of energy. Starting ASAP for a 3‑month temp assignment (potential to extend). Based in Newmarket, close to cafés and shopping. Pay: $38 to $42 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of vehicle lease contracts (corporate and private). Supporting the lending Manager through the lending process. Contract Termination management – keeping track of expiring contracts and proactively acting. Managing rollouts, rollovers, repossessions, lease breaks, and purchases. Remarketing ex‑lease vehicles, identifying opportunities for potential revenue and avoiding unnecessary fleet costs. Advising on lending risks and steps and processes to mitigate those risks. Running credit and other related background checks; credit approval and arrears management. Running reports and maintaining accuracy of records in the database. Qualifications Experience with vehicle leasing, fleet management, and contract management within the automotive industry. Strong financial experience in lending at Tier1 level, credit risk, compliance (CCCFA, AML). Forward‑thinking and proactive attitude, able to juggle multiple deadlines and plan ahead.
