Job Description
Based at Whangarei Hospital, permanent part‑time positions are available. The role involves traveling to support rural Kaitaia and Bay of Islands Hospitals. About the Role The primary function of this position is to participate in and maintain an efficient, high‑quality Ultrasound Service for Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau. Perform appropriately requested examinations, producing quality images in accordance with good professional practice and the relevant protocols. Ensure that all statistical information is entered into the Radiology information system in an accurate and timely manner. Assist with supervision, support and education to other sonographers including students within the service.
