Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IS Senior Systems Analyst to take ownership of service desk operations, infrastructure support, and continuous improvement across our IS environment. The opportunity: Auckland | Full-time | Permanent. This is a critical, hands‑on role responsible for delivering high-quality IT service and operational support across the organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Vitaco’s standard operating environment, ensuring reliability, performance and a seamless end‑user experience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the wider IS team to drive service excellence, lead improvements, and support business‑critical systems. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary escalation point for IT support, delivering Level 1–3 support across systems Manage service desk operations, ensuring incidents and requests meet SLAs and are prioritised effectively Monitor and maintain infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments (M365, Azure, endpoints) Lead problem resolution using root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices Manage asset lifecycle, hardware deployments, and system configuration standards Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services and solutions Support and contribute to IS projects, system enhancements and change initiatives Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation What You’ll Need To Bring 5+ years’ experience in IT support or systems analysis within a corporate/SME environment Strong technical expertise across Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, M365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint) Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, WLAN, Active Directory) Proven problem‑solving ability with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, improvement mindset Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer‑focused approach IS/IT tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience); ITIL or relevant certifications advantageous Benefits Competitive salary, ongoing development and career progression opportunities Generous staff discounts on our health & wellbeing products Work‑life balance – celebrate your birthday with a day off and wellness initiatives Health and wellness benefits including discounts on our amazing products, access to discounted health insurance and wellbeing support (EAP, naturopath and nutritionists) Subsidised café and on‑site parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
