Job Summary Our Services business is critical to our customers’ operational success—and you will play a key role. We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Service Sales Manager to join the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships while driving service sales within your assigned market area. As the primary point of contact, you will partner with customers across the Food & Beverage industry to understand their operational needs, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that enable mutual growth. You will identify new business opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts and expand our Services portfolio presence. The position is based in Hamilton, New Zealand. You will be traveling up to 50% of your time to our customer sites. What You Will Do Translate global and regional strategies into actionable market plans, including forecasting and three‑year planning Develop a deep understanding of customer purchasing drivers from a services perspective Create, implement, and follow up on sales and business strategies for assigned accounts Proactively assess and analyse customer needs to identify growth opportunities Lead opportunity management, including cross‑selling and up‑selling, using value‑based selling approaches Negotiate and close deals while driving profitable service contract growth Contribute to and execute sales plans for key accounts Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver service business plans Monitor customer satisfaction, service performance, and profitability Act as a key liaison between customers and technical teams to resolve issues effectively Drive quality planning initiatives and track performance against agreed targets Profile Description We believe you have a strong blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and customer focus.
