Employment Lawyer - Auckland - 3+ Years PQE A well respected client is seeking an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join their team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex employment law matters and provide strategic advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in the Employment Court, High Court, Employment Relations Authority, and Court of Appeal Act in professional disciplinary hearings Advise on disputes, personal grievances, and workplace misconduct investigations Handle restraints of trade, breaches of confidentiality, and medical incapacity issues Provide guidance on business restructuring, redundancies, and disciplinary processes Negotiate managed exits and exit packages to achieve optimal outcomes Draft or review employment agreements, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation Facilitate mediation and alternative dispute resolution Advise on health and safety compliance Navigate the complexities of employment legislation to prevent costly disputes About You: Minimum 3 years PQE in employment law Passionate about providing strategic legal advice and taking on responsibility Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills This role offers exposure to high profile employment matters and the opportunity to grow within a respected legal team.
