Loss Prevention Specialist

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as a Loss Prevention Specialist, based between our Glenfield and Wairau Park stores. You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone that is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively and can quickly build trust. This is a full-time opportunity, requiring availability one day in the weekend. Key Responsibilities Drive the store stock loss reduction programme Investigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patterns Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraud Champion health & safety practices Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you'll bring: Previous security experience Previous experience in a retail environment Ability handle situations calmly and without confrontation Appreciation for excellent customer service and a safe retail environment Team player mindset- collaborate with colleagues to reduce loss Motivation and can-do attitude Able to work without supervision Understand what it means to be flexible in a retail environment About the Company Briscoe Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a partner of First Foundation and a proud supporter of Cure Kids.
