About the role Project Manager – Central Otago Team Responsibilities Provide leadership across a variety of projects. Deliver premium commercial projects with a proven track record of large-scale, profitable outcomes. Analyze and interpret complex technical specifications, drawings and documents to formulate work programmes. Lead, manage and motivate effective project teams and sub‑contractors. Own outcomes for assigned projects, ensuring safe and successful delivery through a team‑oriented, collaborative work environment. Deliver a quality and cost‑effective service to clients while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale profitable projects. New Zealand main contractor experience. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand complex technical specifications and drawings.
