While the role is based in Northland, we are particularly interested in candidates located around the Kerikeri area, to help expand and strengthen our services across the wider Northland region. About The Role Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day. Community Rehabilitation Services – Essential Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals Knowledge of community services pathways Physiotherapy Services – Essential Experience in one of the services of musculoskeletal, neurological or vestibular rehabilitation Experience in delivering gym‑based, home‑based, and functional rehabilitation programmes Skilled in assessing movement patterns and progressing strength and mobility What You’ll Do Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities — no two days are the same Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes Be part of a high‑performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation What You’ll Bring A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care Relevant qualifications, professional registration and valid practising certificate High‑level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Proven ability to deliver client‑centred rehabilitation in community Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services What’s In It For You A competitive salary package 5 weeks of annual leave to support your work‑life alignment A vehicle for business and personal use A sign‑on bonus of $5,000 is available for the successful candidate – further details will be discussed during the recruitment process #J-18808-Ljbffr
