Job Description Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Maintain tidy and well‑presented public areas Communicate guest requests promptly and complete clear handovers Support guest transport to and from the terminal (where applicable) Promote and engage guests in our loyalty program Prioritise VIP guests, including setting up and delivering amenities Qualifications Flexible with shifts, including weekends Someone with strong attention to detail A confident communicator in person and over the phone Able to anticipate guest needs with good situational awareness Physically fit and comfortable with frequent movement and assisting with luggage Knowledgeable about local businesses and able to arrange guest transport when required Additional Information Learn your Way- Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you Learn!
