Care Manager Adult Mental Health Community Team (Tasman Community) Permanent part time 0.8FTE (64 hours a fortnight). Opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker. About the Role You will need to have up-to-date knowledge of mental health and associated issues. This role is suitable for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker able to work with Tangata Whaiora, family/whanau and other service providers in providing treatment and interventions. About the Team/Location Our Adult Community Mental Health teams provide high-quality comprehensive assessment and treatment for adults and their families living in the Nelson/Tasman region. We enjoy a team culture of collaborative practice, openness, humour and respect across disciplines. As a Care Manager you will work a four-day week, hours of work 08:00-16:30 hrs, day of work to be negotiated between Monday and Friday. About You A mental health professional who can work autonomously and manage a mixed caseload with confidence and resilience. Current knowledge of mental health and other issues, with clinical experience desirable. Experience as well as a positive attitude; we also recruit for aptitude.
