What Makes This Role Great In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing next‑generation AI assistants and core product applications that fundamentally change how field data is collected and utilized globally. Key Exciting Responsibilities Spearhead the development of an intuitive AI assistant within the map viewer to optimize core product applications. Collaborate on the digital migration of critical field data collection capabilities into enterprise cloud applications. Lead customer validation efforts for interactive prototypes, gathering direct insights from field visits. Partner with global cross‑functional engineering and product teams to translate complex workflows into beautiful, seamless user interfaces. Essential Skills & Experience Undergraduate degree in User Experience Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field. 1‑3 years of professional experience as a junior designer backed by a compelling portfolio. Proven fluency with modern design tools, specifically Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong collaborative spirit with an eagerness to accept creative direction and learn in an Agile environment. Bonus Points For Active interest or hands‑on experience in designing for AI tools and using AI‑assisted prototyping.
