The Role Senior Systems Engineer: an opportunity to join a dynamic operations team, reporting to the Technical Director and Operations Manager. You will act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and lead the seamless delivery of infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: Take ownership of escalated technical support issues and deliver high-quality resolutions. Lead the seamless delivery of infrastructure projects. Create clear technical documentation. Use strong communication skills to make complex technology easy to understand, ensuring a friendly and personal client experience. Engage in remote work while maintaining active on-site client engagement. Requirements Deep, demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure configuration, delivery, and support. Solid, practical understanding of Network and cloud networking, alongside current IT security trends. Broad, comprehensive familiarity with diverse IT hardware options and vendor solutions. Three or more years of proven engineering experience within a senior support or similar technical capacity. Highly valued experience within a Managed Service Provider model, showing a sharp ability to identify billable and non-billable hours accurately. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build enduring, trusted client relationships.
