Electronics Technician

Responsibilities Test, diagnose and repair PCBs to ensure optimal performance Monitor process yields and provide detailed reports to Team Leaders Investigate root‑cause issues and report systematic failures Control faulty module repairs to meet shipment requirements Collaborate with our R&D team to identify and resolve faults Read and interpret schematics with precision Qualifications A formal qualification in electronics (equal to or exceeding trade level) Prior test experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in RF and/or telecommunications Proven hands‑on experience in electronics testing and repair Advanced soldering capabilities A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a self‑starter attitude Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business A positive, team‑orientated attitude and the ability to contribute to a multicultural workplace Why join us?
