Location: Auckland - CBD - Shortland Street Job Category: Health, Medical & Pharmaceutical Are you an experienced Case Manager, Rehabilitation Consultant, Allied Health Professional, or ACC specialist looking for a role where you can positively impact people's recovery journeys every day? We're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of work and non-work injury claims, partnering with clients, injured employees, healthcare providers, and ACC to achieve the best possible rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes. Job Description About the Role As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of injury claims, ensuring services are delivered in line with ACC legislation, client service agreements, and quality standards. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate rehabilitation services, provide expert advice, and support positive recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of workplace and non-workplace injury claims. Coordinate rehabilitation services and facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes. Build strong relationships with clients, injured employees, medical providers, and ACC. Ensure compliance with ACC legislation, service agreements, audit standards, and internal quality requirements. Provide regular progress updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Code of Claimant Rights. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to business growth. Support a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and health and safety excellence. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding relationship management skills. Ideally, you'll have: At least 2 years' experience in case management or equivalent experience, or 5+ years in a relevant health discipline. Strong understanding of ACC legislation and rehabilitation processes. Knowledge of the ACC Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) standards. Relevant tertiary qualifications in rehabilitation, health, business, or a related discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. A customer-centric approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
