ABOUT THE ROLE – MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. Your role is vital in ensuring our members have a positive experience with us. We take pride in being problem solvers who aim to impress our members with our support and assistance. Now, there are just a few things you need to be aware of: these are permanent or fixed‑term contract, full‑time roles, we work shifts, the current available shifts will require evening work (Mon‑Fri) and you must have full working rights. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience working in a corporate call centre environment. SALARY – UTU $66,531 per annum (Incl. Kiwi Saver). Hours of work: Various shifts between 9am and 9pm Monday‑Friday.
