What You'll Be Doing You'll spend your time working alongside an experienced maintenance team to keep our vessels in top condition. Summer is focused on keeping the fleet running smoothly, while winter is when we tackle bigger maintenance and refit projects. Some Of The Work Includes Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance Diagnosing faults and fixing mechanical issues Assisting with vessel refits and improvement projects Completing maintenance records Working safely as part of a supportive team What We're Looking For You'll ideally have: A relevant trade qualification Experience with Maintenance Management Systems 8+ years' experience in marine, automotive, heavy diesel, or similar mechanical work is preferred, but we're equally interested in finding the right person. If you have relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we'd encourage you to apply Good problem‑solving skills and pride in your workmanship A positive attitude and willingness to learn A full driver's licence If you don't tick every box but have solid mechanical experience, we'd still encourage you to apply.
