The Role We are looking for a skilled 3Water Supervisor, who is experienced in all components of civil construction (roading, footpaths and streetscapes), and confident in water reticulation. What You’ll Be Doing Getting stuck in - working with three waters and laying asphalt or placing concrete. Leading your crew, setting daily goals and completing paperwork (online). Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver project outcomes. Provide clear communication and leadership to the team. Ensuring health and safety standards are met and actively promoting a safe work culture. What We’re Looking For Physically fit with civil construction industry experience as a Supervisor Level 3 Certificate in Civil Infrastructure Works Minimum 3 years Civil Infrastructure NZ work experience Full Class 2 drivers licence and RTW is preferred An excellent work attitude - we’re looking for positive, hardworking and reliable people to join our collaborative teams.
