Horticulture Response Operator

Overview If you enjoy working outdoors, possess an awesome work ethic and have your full NZ drivers' licence, then this role would suit you! We are looking for two motivated and energetic individuals to join our Hastings Horticulture Team. Responsibilities Supporting your team, you will be responsible for a range of duties: from planting, weeding, mulching and vegetation control tasks to setting up bollards, picnic tables, and park signs, or sprucing up greenery and working on landscaping projects such as street gardens and mower operation. Qualifications A clean and current drivers' licence with the ability to drive a manual and tow a trailer Be a team player with a positive attitude – helping out your teammates should be second nature Proven experience adhering to health and safety procedures Self‑motivated with a strong desire to get the job done Physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to deepen their horticulture knowledge with an industry leader for over 30 years.
