About The Role This is a critical role where you’ll take ownership of scheduling and coordinating fuel deliveries across your region. You’ll balance efficiency, safety, and customer needs, making smart decisions in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Working on a 4 on, 2 off day shift rotation , you’ll enjoy structure and consistency, while being part of a team that supports each other across regions. In This Role, You Will Plan and optimise delivery schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise delays Coordinate closely with drivers, terminal staff, and sales teams Manage daily operational challenges and resolve scheduling conflicts Monitor performance and continuously improve planning outcomes Keep safety front of mind, ensuring compliance with NZTA and internal standards Build strong working relationships across a geographically dispersed team Why Join Us? You bring strong scheduling and coordination skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise and adapt quickly.
