Job Description
About the role Opteon is looking for a motivated individual who is currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) to begin a career in the property valuation sector. Based in Hamilton or Tauranga, the Graduate Valuer will work alongside experienced valuers, gaining practical experience across a diverse range of valuation assignments throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Responsibilities include property inspections, market research, rating valuation work, and valuation report preparation, with exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property types. The role offers career development opportunities and prepares candidates to become a Registered Valuer.
