Junior Visual Merchandiser Location: Glassons Newmarket & St Lukes Job Type: Full-time (40-43 hours, Sunday to Thursday) ABOUT GLASSONS Glassons is your destination for what's new, what's trending, must-have fashion pieces, wardrobe staples and everything in between. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a creative and fashion-focused Junior Visual Merchandiser to support our Newmarket and St Lukes stores. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with fashion retail experience who has a natural eye for styling, colour and current trends. You don't need years of visual merchandising experience, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for fashion, and we'll help develop your VM skills along the way. Working across both stores, you'll help create inspiring displays, maintain our visual standards and ensure every customer walks into a store that's on-brand, fresh and exciting. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Implement creative, visually appealing displays that showcase our latest collections. Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across both Newmarket and St Lukes. Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns and new product drops. Style mannequins and merchandise products to inspire customers and highlight current trends. Work closely with the Store Managers and wider team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Help maintain a well-presented shop floor with strong product availability. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A passion for fashion, styling and the latest trends.
