Our Trade team is growing, and we’re looking for a full‑time team member who enjoys working with plans, pricing projects, and providing outstanding support to our Trade customers and Account Managers. About the Role We’re looking for a Trade Quoting & Sales Support team member who thrives on accuracy, organisation, and customer service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive trade quotes, liaising with suppliers and third‑party estimators, and supporting our Trade Account Managers with a wide range of sales administration and customer support activities. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and external estimating partners to ensure quotes are completed accurately and on time. From interpreting plans and specifications to sourcing pricing and product information, your attention to detail will help our customers price and complete their projects with confidence. This role combines quoting expertise with sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building industry products, working with numbers, and contributing to a high‑performing team. What You’ll Bring Trade or building industry experience is highly advantageous Experience preparing quotations, estimates, or pricing proposals Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements Confidence working with third‑party estimators and supplier networks Strong computer skills and a detail‑focused, process‑driven approach Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers A proactive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn Reliability, honesty, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service Industry experience is preferred, but if you have strong administrative skills, enjoy working with plans and pricing, and have a genuine interest in the construction sector, we’d love to hear from you.
