About the role: Reporting to the New Zealand Cluster Reservations Manager, you help support the team to turn guests’ daydreamed travel experiences into reality – from a mere thought into a confirmed booking. Through your inquisitive, persuasive and caring nature, you are always ready to ‘sell’, teach your team to sell and maximise hotel reservations, whilst delivering exemplary guest service before they even walk through our doors! You’re the definition of a people person while interacting with our guests and your team members. Key responsibilities: With support from the Manager, manage the reservation team to process reservations across multiple hotels across New Zealand while also performing all tasks reservations Ensure revenue maximisation by upselling guest rooms and hotel facilities where possible and setting sales targets with the team in conjunction with your manager. Handle booking requests, changes, and cancellations, via phone, email, and online systems for all hotels within New Zealand Check contracts issued by the Sales & C&E Departments It’s an exciting time to be at TFE Hotels.
