Key Elements Of The Role Lead, support, and motivate the Auckland MEP team to deliver excellent client service and earn “Trusted Advisor” status with Stantec clients. Promote an open, challenging and stimulating work environment that attracts and retains high‑calibre staff. Identify and understand market trends, pursue opportunities and win revenue‑generating work from the wider Upper North Island client base in partnership with the Group Leader and Panel leads. Grow backlog in accordance with the Water Growth Strategy to meet agreed revenue, profit and utilisation targets. Provide technical and/or project‑management leadership of projects within your field of expertise. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent), Chartered Professional Engineer (or equivalent), and 10 years of relevant experience. You should have proven skills in client relationship management, team leadership, and delivering positive commercial outcomes in the consulting industry.
