About the Role Our busy Clinical Transcription Service has a vacancy for a full‑time Senior Clinical Transcriptionist working Monday to Friday. This role is responsible for providing efficient, timely, high‑quality, and customer‑focused transcription services. This exciting opportunity has the potential to be a teleworking / working from home role for the right individual. If you prefer to work onsite from Takapuna, the role can be accommodated there. The role may also assist with the review, audit, and grammatical refinement of AI scribe‑generated Dragon medical workflow documentation, which is actively monitored by our team for quality and compliance. About you Successful applicants will have experience as a clinical transcriptionist for a large NZ DHB, excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills, medical terminology knowledge, a customer‑centric focus, and experience using health IT systems.
