The Course Administration team is part of AUT’s Business School. The Business School is looking for a dynamic administrator to work closely and support the course‑co‑ordinators in the core undergraduate business courses and to provide effective and efficient administration of the courses. The key tasks of this position will include: Provide administration support to the core course co‑ordinators Regularly communicate with all key stakeholders, ensuring a strong customer service focus Ability to be flexible and adaptable, to think critically and exercise sound judgement in problem‑solving This is a busy and varied position. Critical to the role is being able to develop collaborative working relationships. You will be a forward thinker, be able to multi‑task and work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will have previous administration experience, ideally in tertiary education administration. For your application to be successful, you must be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel), exceptional communication and people skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain systems for managing work. You will be highly organised, methodical and self‑motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and advanced problem‑solving skills. Experience supporting Indigenous, equity or inclusion‑focused initiatives is highly valued. To be successful in this role, you will have: 2 years’ experience in a similar role/field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and software applications.
