The role Based in a premier service department, this is a busy and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing service bookings and customer enquiries Acting as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team Ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the service process This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with quality products and systems. Skills and experience required Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise dealership is preferred Allied experience will also be considered e.g. Warranty Administrator, Fleet Maintenance Controller, or similar An automotive trade qualification is not required but would be an advantage Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional presentation and strong organisational ability Good computer literacy.
