Job Description
We’re looking for someone to take the lead on coordinating webinars for our enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships / Workplace team to plan events, pull together content and comms, track registrations, and keep stakeholders updated. Post-event, you’ll share insights, support lead handover, and help maximise follow-up opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing things together, working across teams, and delivering a smooth client experience. Desired Skills and Experience Highly organised and proactive – managing lots of mini-projects end to end Confident communicator (even if still developing) – as we work with multiple teams and external clients you have to be comfortable to ask Digitally curious and quick to pick up systems – confident to learn (as we are here to teach is key) Comfortable working across teams Detail-focused but able to think about outcomes – as this is for our corporate clients it is highly visible. Problem solving ability – events often don’t go to plan so you need to be able to come up with a plan b Basic content and copy awareness – you don’t have to be a copywriter but you will be writing emails #J-18808-Ljbffr
