Campaign Marketing Manager (18 months fixed term) – Associate Managing Consultant, Marketing, Advisors & Consulting Services. Overview Our Advisors & Consulting Services team provides value‑added services to acquire, engage, and retain customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. The Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients, using customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels and evaluate results. Roles and Responsibilities The role sits within a large, complex transformation initiative focused on delivering clear, timely, and compliant customer communications throughout the migration lifecycle. Lead end‑to‑end marketing communications for a large‑scale card migration program, ensuring customers experience a clear, timely, and seamless transition. Design and deliver complex, multi‑channel customer communications across the full migration lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and delivery partners. Translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear, customer‑friendly communications. Ensure operational project execution within agreed milestones and budget. Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high‑quality standards aligned with client needs. Partner closely with product, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology, and delivery teams to deliver integrated outcomes. Coordinate agency and vendor partners where required. Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to support business growth. Qualifications Highly organized, detail‑oriented marketer with strong experience operating within regulated, fast‑paced environments and executing communications through structured, process‑driven workflows. 7 + years’ experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing. Demonstrated experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments. Background in Financial Services, Payments or similar industries preferred. Experience supporting large‑scale change or migration programs highly regarded. Must thrive in a matrix organization structure, managing internal and external stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in large transformation programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing colleagues and clients on the value of marketing projects; professional, accountable and delivery‑focused. Ability to ideate, manage, and roll out complex marketing initiatives. Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience. Effective communication in English. Eligibility to work in the country where applying, and ability to travel to client sites as required. Ability to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
