About The Opportunity Join a busy customer support team, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. Manage phone-based enquiries across repairs, accounts, appointments and general support. Use multiple systems to update customer records and complete accurate administration tasks. What You’ll Bring Previous customer service or contact centre experience, ideally in a structured environment. Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first approach. Good computer literacy, data entry accuracy and confidence working across multiple systems. What’s On Offer $30 per hour with weekly pay. Long‑term assignment with stable full‑time hours. Meaningful work supporting customers and communities across Aotearoa.
